We will display our electric high temperature pizza oven, the High Temp 500°C with 2 decks, which bakes Neapolitan pizzas in 60 - 120 seconds with perfect and even results.
We will also showcase the King of Combinations - the S-Series combination oven with a rotating mini rack oven, a deck oven, and an underbuilt proofer. The perfect in-store oven with a compact, space saving design with all the functionality a baker can ask for. Perfect solution for the in-store bakery, hotels, cafés and more which produces a variety of products in smaller quantities. Despite its compact design, the S-Series offers both functionality and baking results like larger rack ovens.
